Full Service Events include all of the items in the Essential Planning Package, along with complete personalized coordination and design assistance throughout the entire planning process of your event. This package includes:


- Complimentary Initial Consultation
- Unlimited meetings with the client and vendors
- Walk though at selected venue
- Menu Tasting and Assistance with selections
- 15% Discount on all invitations and paper goods ordered through planner
- Mailing and assembling invitations and favors
- Assistance with selection of Save the Dates, Invitations, Calligrapher and

  Wedding Favors
- Unlimited email and telephone communication
- Unlimited Referrals and Recommendations
- Contract and pricing negotiation
- Coordination with all vendors up to and including the wedding day
- Conducting and organizing the wedding rehearsal
- Wedding Day Timeline arranged with all Vendors and Wedding

  Party, distributed the week of the wedding
- Essential Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Up to two Assistant “Day of Event” Coordinators included
- Coordination of all aspects of the wedding day, including vendor schedules
- Complete Day of Wedding Coordination, unlimited hours
- Assistance obtaining rooming blocks for your guests
- Arrange all Vendor appointments
- Coordinating all travel needs and arrangements
- Final Detailed appointment with Coordinator on the week of the wedding
