Planning a
wedding & the events surrounding the celebration is
typically a stressful time. As busy professionals, we did
not have a lot of time to focus on the details but knew
that we wanted to have a simple, but elegant ceremony and
a very fun reception. Additionally, many of our guests
were coming into town from the northeast. Kristy was truly
the soul behind everything from the invitations to
visiting & arranging the hotels, for out-of-town guests,
through the end of the reception. And two years later, our
friends & family still comment that our wedding was the

My family is Indian
and Mike's family never had a traditional wedding, we really had
no idea of what to expect while planning the event. Kristy made
this a very easy process because she always came to our meetings
fully prepared and FULL of ideas! She had a detailed itinerary
that kept us on top of everything. She also had a great list of
vendors and they not only met but exceeded our expectations!
We wouldn't have come up with half of what we did if it weren't
for her ideas. She had a very simple way of doing things but
all the while, made it look like something out of a magazine.
Our wedding was
amazing. We have so many positive memories and all of our
family and friends told us it was the best wedding they've ever
been to. That meant a lot and it was all due to Kristy's work.
We were extremely lucky to have been able to work with her and
we both hope that her future clients have as much fun as we

Thank you so much for all that you did to ensure our wedding
flowed beautifully. Your help on the day of the wedding as well
as the weeks leading up to it were invaluable. You certainly
helped us think through many of the logistics that we wouldn't
have otherwise known about ahead of time, but also graciously
recognized how important it was to us to carry out many things
on our own. You and your assistant, Casey, were such a big help
on our special day and ensured all the vendors were in place,
the corsages pinned, table cards appropriately assigned, tables
and decorations beautifully staged, and along with that handy
timeline, ensured that everyone was where they were supposed to
be when they were supposed to be there. Whew! We're certain
there are many other details that you handled throughout the day
that you took care of from the sidelines that we never saw, and
we want you to know we appreciate those things just as much
because that's the sign of a great coordinator - when everything
runs perfectly smooth from the vantage point of the bride and
groom. Thank you for making the most important day of our lives
seem so effortless.
